Your Facilitators

Dr. Prudence Minton is a Leadership Coach and Professional Learning Designer with years of experience supporting leaders across the nation. She empowers school districts and educational leaders by delivering executive coaching and designing professional learning experiences that foster culturally responsive, transformative leadership.
Prudence’s spiritual journey has profoundly influenced her work. Alongside her husband and son, she has embraced sound healing and meditation, which have become essential in balancing her life and enhancing her coaching practice. She believes that true leadership begins with self-awareness, and she incorporates this self-work into her coaching, guiding leaders to align their personal well-being with their professional impact.
As a retreat facilitator, Prudence creates brave, sacred spaces where participants can openly share, reflect, and learn from one another. Her goal is to inspire leaders to connect more deeply with themselves and their purpose, while cultivating the resilience and inner strength needed to guide their communities with compassion and clarity. Through this approach, she encourages participants to grow not only as leaders but as whole individuals, embracing both their personal and professional journeys.
Prior to her current role, Prudence co-founded and served as Chief Academic Officer for a Pre-K to 12 charter school network in Newark, New Jersey.

A recovering anger addict and people pleaser, Nuria is an Emotional Freedom Coach who guides dynamic change leaders balancing careers, relationships, and motherhood. These women often feel unappreciated and frustrated but deeply desire to cultivate loving relationships, while experiencing freedom and security in who they are. With certifications in meditation, identity-based life coaching, yoga, and Reiki, she offers healing and transformation services through her wellness business, Dragonfly Cultivated Healing.
As a career economist and former Coast Guard officer, Nuria knows firsthand the challenges of working in male-dominated fields, and how important it is for women to act authentically in their talents. She deeply understands the frustration and pressure that comes with these roles and is passionate about helping women step into their true power.
Nuria has facilitated several transformative retreats, using a variety of healing mechanisms including dance, meditation, music, breathwork, song, gentle movement, and energy healing.
She lives in Fairfax, VA, with her life partner and husband, where they raise their three daughters and dog. Nuria enjoys writing, reading, yoga, meditation, traveling, gardening, and singing—always finding joy in having fun!
