My name is Nuria. Nuria means light. I am here to light the way as you partake on your journey of dragonfly transformation. I have been a nurturer, healer, intuit, and grandma since the tender age of birth. Having gone through, learned from, and healed from many of my life’s challenges, I call on my secret recipes for life to help you uncover yours, rediscovering your light along the way.
My Mission
Many women have forgotten how to say 'no' to others and 'yes' to what they want, forgotten how to make space in their lives for themselves, forgotten how to dream...thus creating a life of chaos. My mission is to motivate and inspire women to move from a life of chaos to a life of serenity where they are free to live that powerful life they have always imagined, where they are free to say yes to what they want.
My Approach
I created a healing and transformation process that incorporates the modalities of meditation, restorative yoga, transformational mindset life coaching, visualizations, and Reiki energy healing to move clients from no to yes. I see my clients at their essence and hold space for them, helping them re-discover their truest selves and inner light, unraveling the path to transformation.
